John Clifford Mack, better known as "Mackadoo," because he felt he could "do anything"
was born on January 3, 1967 to Albert and Royce Mack in Luther, Oklahoma.
John was educated in the Luther Public Schools and graduated high school in May 1986.
He was a true Luther Lion, playing football, running track, and playing on the basketball team
that played in the State Tournament at Capitol Hill High School.
John was a Sports Fanatic. He would watch sports all day and everyday of the week whether it
was on the radio or television. But John's heart belonged to the Luther Lions, OU sooners, and the
Pittsburgh Steelers. You couldn't bad or negative about these three teams, because he would lose his mind,
even if they were losing, John had something to say to defend his team. He was quick to say, "you crazy, they
cheated, the referees can't see, and they made bad calls," especially when it came to Bedlam OU vs. OSU,
and OU vs. Texas.
John was born and baptized into the Church of the Living God C.W.F.F. Temple #23, Luther, Oklahoma.
He sang in the in choir, was an Usher, participated in Bible study, Sunday School, VBS and was the
Custodian for the church. John was so proud of the Annual Family Day Observance named
in honor of his late mother, Royce Mack, the second Sunday in September every year.
Johns hobbies were cooking, barbecuing, grilling, watching sports, playing cards and dominos while
talking more noise and fishing all day, coming home with lots of fish and calling the family over to have a fish fry.
he loved to dj all the family functions he was none as "The Music Man."
John originally met his wife Kelly in 1955, and dated. Time passed and they found each other again at the end
of 2011,started dating the second time and married on September 20, 2014. This union included an extended family of two
sons, and a daughter, and three grandchildren.
john leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Kelly; sons: Dominic Pharoah Conley and Micheal Johnson; daughter,
Adriana Isis Laws; grandchildren: Kerensa Myonnie Dubose, I'mUnique Majesty Pandora Williams,
Dom'Unique Athena Zamani Williams (late); a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, who were like brothers and sisters: Shaun Prince,
Leonard Prince, Devion Battle, Javiro Watley, Lurlin Reed, Mekecia Thomas, Ida Guidry; childhood friends, he called hi
"Real Dogs," Paul Hicks, Melvin West, Billy and Francis Dumas.
