Monty Dean McSperitt

Monty Dean McSperitt was born February 7th, 1966 in Oklahoma City to Harold Ray and Shirley (Wells) McSperitt. Monty went home to the Lord August 28th., 2024 at the age of 58.

Monty had a Big Heart, and he Loved the Lord. Monty loved life to the fullest. Monty would give the shirt off of his back to anyone who needed it. Monty worked many years in the oilfield and broke out many men in the business. Monty loved fishing with noodling being his favorite. Monty taught his sons and and other family and friends how to hand fish. Monty loved watching football, especially his Oklahoma Sooners. Monty always had a dream of playing in the NFL one day. 

Monty loved his sons and grandkids with all of his heart, and had a very special relationship with all of his siblings. 

Monty is survived by his sons, Houston Ray and Garth Lane McSperitt; 6 grandchildren: Colt, Parker, Ruby, Nash, Rory, and Josie. Monty is survived by one sister: Vicki McSperitt of Watonga, three  brothers Mark McSperitt of New Mexico, Marty McSperitt of Lindsay, Ok; and Keith and (Valerie) McSperitt of Hinton, Ok: along with many special nieces and nephews. 

Monty was preceded in death by one son, Pacer Duane McSperitt, both parents Ray and Shirley McSperitt, along with one sister Imogene Lesperance.
