Thomas Gean Riggs

Thomas Gean Riggs was born in Clinton, Oklahoma to Carl Thomas and May Jene Riggs on September 13, 1958.

Thomas married Glenda Kay Ramsey on November 16, 1979.  They were happily married for 39 years.  Thomas enjoyed fishing and camping with his wife.

Thomas worked for the City of Watonga as the Animal Control Officer until his retirement.  Thomas was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and camping.  Thomas was best known for his noodling skills.  He was featured in the series Mudcats.

Thomas was preceded in death by his loving wife Glenda Kay Riggs, his parents Carl and Mary Jene Riggs, as well as 2 brothers Boyd Riggs and Frankie Wilson and 1 sister Carolyn Riggs.

Thomas is survived by Tammy Riggs, Lavon Riggs, Kitty Wilson, Charlie Riggs, Wayne Roach, and Dusty Riggs.
